Tara Rainstrom

is an artist, herbalist, facilitator, and curious human that designs spaces and programs to tap into who we are and what we want.

Tara is the Chatelaine of Refuge Event Space and lives on the property in downtown Troy on the unseated land of the Mohican and Schaghticoke tribes.

When Tara isn’t hosting or facilitating events she is dancing, playing in the woods, making concoctions in her apothecary, or in community with other wild and weird humans.
