The Season You're In is a restorative half-day workshop designed to help you step out of the demands of everyday life, take stock of where you are, and consider how you want to move into what comes next.
Because our work, health, bodies, relationships, and identities aren't separate. Stress, sleep, hormones, caregiving, ambition, grief, and the cumulative load we carry all shape our capacity to work, lead, connect, and care for ourselves. And often, our bodies recognize that something needs to change before we're ready to name it.
Led together by Casey Carroll and Lisa Preller, the workshop weaves together leadership, women's health, identity, caregiving, organizational culture, hospitality, and personal transition. Rather than separating our professional lives from our personal ones, we'll explore how these parts of ourselves inform one another, and what more sustainable ways of living and leading might look like.
This isn't about becoming better at carrying everything. It's about creating a life that can hold you.
