Join Ashley Rutledge of evolucid creative for an hour long SAH (Somatic Activated Healing) Method dance class. This trauma-informed movement practice combines body keys with breathwork, affirmations and trance dance to move emotional energies up and out of the body. No dance experience required, just a willingness to get to know your inner world more closely. Students should expect periods of high cardio, and are encouraged to moderate the practice to suit their needs. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. $15 suggested donation, cash or venmo accepted at the door. No one turned away for lack of funds.
